The Constable's Office is a full time, Malden Based professional provider of second to none Constable and Process Server services. Offering 24 hour service to the public, law offices, government agencies and anyone in need of quality service of process. Utilizing a network of Constables, we are able to execute service anywhere in Massachusetts and also offer out of state service.  The Commonwealth's number one Civil Process Agency.

The Constable's Office was founded by Constable Stephen A. D'Amato in 2005. Under the management of Constable D'Amato, the office became well known in the Greater Boston legal community for it's unmatched knowledge of civil process, professionalism in Process Serving, Constable work and effective Civil Law Enforcement. Now managed by Constable D'Amato's hand picked successor Carmen J. Willdigg, an appointed and bonded Constable in the Commonwealth. We are proud to still offer the highest level of proffessionalism through training and expirience maintaining a perfect balance of peace work and civil law enforcement, never exeeding our limitations. All services are performed in accordance with the law.
